The characterful and unique nature of this property are what set it apart for us. It is clear that when the original conversion was completed, the developer really thought through how the buildings would all rest together within the courtyard, and accordingly each has a very private and sheltered aspect, helped by the attractive planting which forms the approach to the properties. Once you step inside the house, this charm continues, especially in the vaulted sitting room which is certainly our favourite space in the house. The dual aspect of this room ensure that it is light and airy on summer days, with the log effect gas fire keeping it cosy on winter evenings. The conservatory is also a lovely space in which to enjoy the garden at all times of the year. However, on warmer days, almost the entire back section can be opened up thanks to the bifold doors, bringing the outside fully in.
