My days this past week have been filled with valuations and sellers giving us the go ahead to market their property for sale. I am fairly confident that a lot of this activity is a result of the sense of spring and hope that is filling the air, and which makes everyone contemplate fresh beginnings, but of course, the extension of the stamp duty holiday will not have done any harm!
