In many ways the past 5 weeks of lockdown living have passed quite quickly, but conversely, the thought of being able to go to a restaurant, walk into a supermarket without queuing and see friends and family, feels like a lifetime ago. So my VLOG this week summarises the journey at Maddisons over the past 5 weeks, during which we have moved to the new normal of virtual viewings and valuations, exchanges and completions being fraught with complexity, and buyers gradually coming back to the market. There are lots of buyers out there and I am looking forward to helping them with their property journey.
