I recently visited Harrogate, another beautiful spa town set just outside York. I had heard numerous reports on how worth a visit it was, so expectations were high! And it was lovely, but perhaps not as lovely as I thought it would be. And I think that was probably because I already live in a very beautiful spa town, and of course, my offices are based on the amazing Pantiles. So my VLOG this week takes a quick look at the first main phase of architecture that we enjoy here in Tunbridge Wells, that of the Georgian era. Next week I’ll look at Victorian, which can be found on almost every street as a result of the popularity boom following Queen Victoria’s love of our gorgeous town.
