It's official! Rightmove have reported that following the lockdown caused by the pandemic, enquiries and searches from buyers looking to leave the cities and move to towns and villages have increased dramatically. Full details and the reasons for this in my VLOG this week, plus details of a house with no front door (yes - really) and two great properties that have had healthy price reductions this week - one in the heart of the town, and one in a more rural aspect.
