December 12th looms large! And with it the possibility of a new Labour Government. So this week, I look at their policies surrounding all things property driven, and what a Labour victory would mean for the housing market. All based on political policies, economic data and consumer sentiment. Next week, I turn my attention to the Conservatives. Heavy stuff that hopefully I have made not too heavy!
