Well, what a difference a day makes. When I recorded my VLOG early on Saturday morning, the media was just picking up on rumblings of another national lockdown. The month long lockdown that we now know will start from this Thursday will undoubetedly have a further impact on the economy. My VLOG this week focused on my predictions for the economy and property market for 2021, and I was positive! I probably still will be once I have digested the latest development - so do not lose heart! I'll be busy understanding whether we can still operate during this latest lockdown (in the last one we were open when the shops and restaurants were closed) so I look forward to reporting back with my latest thoughts in my next VLOG. Changing times!
