Maddisons is very much recommended. Why? Maddisons provided an excellent estate agent service for our first house purchase. The viewings were arranged swiftly and our guide, James Richards, was able to answer all of our “first time home buyer” questions - or able to find out, if unable to answer on the day. During the purchase, we experienced some delays. The staff at Maddisons (esp. Milly Stedman) were particularly good at keeping us updated on any developments. We believe she went beyond the call of duty and appreciate her efforts — we particularly liked the structured weekly updates on progress by email. Upon completion, Maddisons provided an excellent aftercare service through a series of follow up emails to ensure we were comfortable. They even provided us with a sweet little new home gift!
