I feel I have gone weeks without anything material affecting the property market, and then suddenly this week, we have 2 big stories! So this week I have focused on the resignation of the latest Prime Minister (and that’s 7 changes in 10 years!) and the impact that I feel this could have on residential property sales in the UK. Next time I’ll give you my thoughts on the proposed overhaul to the home buying and selling process, which is long overdue in my mind.
