From 23 July to 31 August, enjoy free entertainment at Royal Victoria Place. Dive into Pixel Bash with retro arcade games, and join themed activities like line dancing and the Great Dino Dig. Perfect for a spontaneous day out!

Ride the Dinosaur Express

Join the Dinosaur Weekend at Spa Valley Railway, where life-like dinosaurs roam the carriages. Enjoy a scenic journey through Kent and Sussex, with kids travelling free when accompanied by an adult. Even without dinosaurs, the Spa Valley Railway offers a memorable day out. Travel from Tunbridge Wells West through picturesque countryside, with stops at historic sites like High Rocks.

Explore Bedgebury Forest

For an active day, head south to Bedgebury Forest, within a 30 minute drive. Walk or cycle through woodland trails, enjoy a picnic, or tackle the Gruffalo trail. For the more adventurous, there are three Go Ape treetop adventures which can be booked in advance. It's a perfect spot for a full-family adventure, including your furry friends, with plenty of parking and a cafe overlooking the lake

Relax at Bewl Water

Bewl Water is within a 20 minute drive south and offers water sports, laser tag, indoor and outdoor play areas and scenic walking trails. Try canoeing or paddleboarding, or simply relax by the lake. With activities for all, it's ideal for both energetic and relaxed visitors.
