A Guide to living in High Brooms

High Brooms is an area favoured by commuters, thanks to its mainline station with fast and frequent trains to London. With a mix of residential road and plentiful terrace houses and flats, it is also very popular with those who are just venturing onto the property ladder, since the properties are far more affordable than is found in many other parts of Tunbridge Wells. It also has some great shopping, with large retail parks and easy access to the A21 (and therefore Bluewater!).
